Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of translation services provided through AMB Mobile Notary & Apostille, doing business as AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille, AMB Translations, RON Notarization, or any affiliated entity under the AMB Mobile Notary umbrella (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through any of our websites or platforms, the customer (“you” or “Client”) agrees to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services

1.1. AMB Mobile Notary & Apostille works in strategic partnership with a network of reputable professional translators and certified translation companies.
1.2. All translation services offered are intended for documents requiring certification for use with domestic and foreign governments, including but not limited to immigration, legal, academic, and business purposes.
1.3. Translations are performed by native-speaking professionals and reviewed for compliance with ISO 9001:2018 standards.
2. Turnaround Time and Scheduling

2.1. We do not offer same-day translation services.
2.2. Orders may only be scheduled based on our publicly posted turnaround times, which vary based on volume, complexity, and language.
2.3 Clients who attempt to schedule services sooner than our posted turnaround times waive any right to refund or cancellation based on delay.
2.4. All delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, although we strive for timely service.
2.5. Turnaround time is calculated from the moment the order is paid for, and that we will not proceed until payment is received; Verbal or email communication is not considered confirmation of the project.
3. Translation Certification

3.1. All certified translations are delivered with a Certificate of Translation issued on the translation department's letterhead.
3.2. The Certificate affirms:

The translation is a true and accurate representation of the original.

The translator is fluent in both the source and target languages.

The translation was produced in accordance with ISO 9001:2018 accreditation, verified via annual independent audits.

The declaration is made under penalty of perjury.
3.3. Translations are certified electronically and do not contain a wet signature, unless specifically requested and approved in writing prior to processing.
3.4. All certifications are notarized by an Arizona-based Notary working with AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille. Notarization is provided at no cost — the $50 fee is for certification services, which is shared between the Translator and Notary.
4. Modifications and Client Requests

4.1. We allow minor adjustments to names, addresses, or formats in translations when supported by clear documentation.
4.2. We do not accept direct instructions from clients regarding how translations should be rendered, as our translators are obliged to provide a correct and professional interpretation of the original content.
4.3. Attempts to influence or override translator decisions may result in service denial without refund.
5. Document Submission & Delivery

5.1. Clients are responsible for uploading readable and complete documents to our platform at the time of order.
5.2. Final translations and certifications are delivered electronically via email or secure download.
5.3. Physical delivery of certified documents is available upon written request and may incur additional charges.
6. Shipping, Handling & Delivery Disclaimer

6.1. When clients ask for physical documents to be shipped, mailed, or delivered, AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille serves only as a facilitator. The company does not take responsibility for any loss, damage, delay, theft, or incorrect delivery once the documents have been handed over to a third-party carrier, courier, postal service, or delivery provider.
6.2. All shipping and delivery services are performed by independent third parties. Any claims related to lost, damaged, delayed, or mishandled documents must be made directly with the selected carrier. Clients are solely responsible for selecting shipping options, including but not limited to tracking, signature confirmation, delivery speed, and insurance coverage.
6.3. Address Verification Requirement

All clients are required to review and verify the accuracy of the shipping address prior to shipment. Once an address has been confirmed and the shipment has been released, AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille is not responsible for delays, mis delivery, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly entered address information provided by the client.
6.4. Limitation of Liability AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille is not liable for any damage arising during transit, including but not limited to:

Physical damage to documents

Loss or destruction of documents
-
Delays affecting filing, submission, or legal deadlines

Consequential, incidental, or indirect damage resulting from shipping or delivery issues
6.5. Proof of shipment and tracking information will be provided when available. Once documents leave our possession, or our contracted vendor’s possession, risk of loss transfers fully to the client.
6.6. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability, if established, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific notary or processing service rendered and shall not extend to shipping-related issues or third-party carrier actions.
7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1. Due to the nature of customized language services, all sales are final once translation work has begun.
7.2. Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if requested in writing prior to commencement of translation.
7.3. Orders scheduled outside of our turnaround policy (i.e., for sooner than we offer) are ineligible for refund.
8. Apostille Services
​
8.1. Apostille services are offered separately and priced individually. Each Apostille is unique based on destination country and jurisdiction requirements.
8.2. Clients understand that Apostille timelines and acceptance vary by state and country. We cannot guarantee acceptance for foreign use in jurisdictions known to reject electronic certification.
9. Remote Online Notarization Services

9.1 In regard to Remote Online Notarization Services, AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille performs solely as a third-party facilitator and coordination service.
9.2 AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille connects clients with a legally commissioned and authorized Remote Online Notary Public who performs the notarization and, when required or requested, coordinates qualified remote witnesses, language interpreters or translators, document handling, and delivery services.
9.3 All fees charged by AMB Mobile Notary & Apostille are inclusive of facilitation, management, technology surcharges, administrative duties, scheduling, coordination, and delivery-related service fees, which may include, but are not limited to:

Securing a Remote Online Notary Public

Management and oversight of the notarization workflow

Coordinating required or requested remote witnesses

Providing access to qualified language interpreters or translators

Printing, handling, packaging, courier, shipping, tracking, and tangible and/or electronic document delivery services These fees are separate from and not representative of statutory notarial fees
9.4 The Remote Online Notary Public, witnesses, translators/interpreters, printers, couriers, and delivery providers engaged in a transaction are independent third party professionals or vendors. Compensation paid to these parties is governed by separate business agreements with AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille and is not dictated or defined by state notarial fee statutes, which apply only to fees charged directly by a notary to a principal.
9.5 AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille, and all associated DBAs do not function as the notary public, do not provide witness, translation, or carrier services directly, do not control any notary's commission, and do not provide legal advice.
10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille, its DBAs, and partners shall not be liable for:

Errors due to illegible, inaccurate, or incomplete original documents.

Rejections by third parties outside our control (e.g., foreign governments, embassies, schools, or courts).

Consequential or incidental damage, including monetary loss or delays in processing unrelated applications.
10.2. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service purchased.
11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. In the event of a service issue or concern, you agree to provide us with at least fifteen (15) calendar days to review and remedy the matter prior to initiating chargebacks, legal action, or public complaint.
11.2. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to mediation in Maricopa County, Arizona, prior to arbitration or litigation.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your misuse of our services or breach of this Agreement.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Controlling Language

This Agreement may be provided in both English and Spanish. The Spanish version is provided for convenience and informational purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or conflict between the English and Spanish versions, the English version shall govern and control in all respects.

15. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. By purchasing translation services through AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille, AMB Translations, or any affiliated entity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Estos Términos y Condiciones (el “Acuerdo”) rigen la compra y el uso de los servicios de traducción proporcionados a través de AMB Mobile Notary & Apostille, que opera bajo los nombres comerciales AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille, AMB Translations, RON Notarization, o cualquier entidad afiliada bajo el paraguas de AMB Mobile Notary (en adelante, “nosotros”, “nos” o “nuestro”).
Al realizar un pedido a través de cualquiera de nuestros sitios web o plataformas, el cliente (en adelante, “usted” o el “Cliente”) acepta quedar legalmente obligado por los términos establecidos a continuación.
1. Alcance de los Servicios

1.1. AMB Mobile Notary & Apostille trabaja en alianza estratégica con una red de traductores profesionales y empresas de traducción certificadas.
1.2. Los servicios de traducción ofrecidos están destinados a documentos que requieran certificación para su uso ante autoridades nacionales o extranjeras, incluyendo, entre otros, fines migratorios, legales, académicos y comerciales.
1.3. Las traducciones son realizadas por profesionales nativos en el idioma correspondiente y revisadas conforme a los estándares ISO 9001:2018.
2. Plazos de Entrega y Programación

2.1. No ofrecemos servicios de traducción el mismo día.
2.2. Los pedidos solo podrán programarse conforme a los plazos de entrega publicados, los cuales varían según volumen, complejidad e idioma.
2.3. Los clientes que intenten programar servicios en un plazo inferior al establecido renuncian a cualquier derecho de reembolso o cancelación basado en demoras.
2.4. Todos los plazos son estimaciones y no constituyen garantía.
2.5. El plazo de entrega comienza a contar desde la recepción del pago. No se iniciará ningún trabajo hasta que el pago haya sido recibido y confirmado. Las comunicaciones verbales o por correo electrónico no constituyen confirmación del proyecto.
3. Certificación de Traducción

3.1. Todas las traducciones certificadas se entregan con un Certificado de Traducción emitido en papel membretado del departamento correspondiente.
3.2. El Certificado declara que:

La traducción es fiel y exacta al documento original.

El traductor domina el idioma de origen y destino.

La traducción fue elaborada conforme a la acreditación ISO 9001:2018, verificada mediante auditorías independientes anuales.

La declaración se realiza bajo pena de perjurio.
3.3. Las certificaciones se emiten electrónicamente y no contienen firma manuscrita, salvo solicitud previa por escrito.
3.4. Todas las certificaciones son notarizadas por un Notary Public comisionado en el Estado de Arizona que colabora con AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille. La notarización no tiene costo adicional; la tarifa de $50 corresponde al servicio de certificación y se distribuye entre el Traductor y el Notary Public.
4. Modificaciones y Solicitudes del Cliente

4.1. Se permiten ajustes menores en nombres, direcciones o formato cuando estén respaldados por documentación clara.
4.2. No se aceptan instrucciones directas del Cliente sobre cómo debe redactarse la traducción. El traductor está obligado a proporcionar una interpretación correcta y profesional del contenido original.
4.3. Intentos de influir o anular el criterio profesional del traductor podrán resultar en la cancelación del servicio sin derecho a reembolso.
5. Envío y Entrega de Documentos

5.1. El Cliente es responsable de cargar documentos legibles y completos al momento del pedido.
5.2. Las traducciones y certificaciones finales se entregan electrónicamente.
5.3. La entrega física está disponible previa solicitud por escrito y puede generar cargos adicionales.
6. Envío y Exención de Responsabilidad

6.1. Cuando el Cliente solicite envío físico, AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille actúa únicamente como facilitador.
6.2. Los servicios de envío son realizados por terceros independientes. Cualquier reclamación deberá presentarse directamente ante el transportista seleccionado.
6.3. El Cliente es responsable de verificar la exactitud de la dirección antes del envío.
6.4. AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille no será responsable por pérdida, daño, retraso o entrega incorrecta.
6.5. El riesgo de pérdida se transfiere al Cliente una vez que los documentos salen de nuestra posesión.
6.6. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, cualquier responsabilidad se limitará al monto pagado por el servicio específico prestado.
7. Reembolsos y Cancelaciones

7.1. Todas las ventas son finales una vez iniciado el trabajo de traducción.
7.2. Solo se otorgará reembolso total si la cancelación se solicita por escrito antes de comenzar la traducción.
7.3. No se otorgarán reembolsos por servicios programados fuera de los plazos establecidos.
8. Servicios de Apostilla

8.1. Los servicios de Apostilla se cotizan por separado.
8.2. Los plazos y la aceptación varían según estado y país. No se garantiza aceptación en jurisdicciones que rechacen certificaciones electrónicas.
9. Servicios de Notarización Remota en Línea (RON)
​​​
9.1. AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille actúa exclusivamente como facilitador externo.
9.2. Conecta al Cliente con un Notary Public legalmente comisionado y autorizado.
9.3. Las tarifas incluyen servicios administrativos y de coordinación separados de honorarios notariales legales.
9.4. El Notary Public y demás proveedores son terceros independientes.
9.5. AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille no actúa como Notary Public ni brinda asesoría legal.
10. Limitación de Responsabilidad

10.1. No seremos responsables por errores derivados de documentos ilegibles, incompletos o incorrectos.
10.2. La responsabilidad máxima no excederá el monto pagado por el servicio específico contratado.
11. Resolución de Disputas
​
11.1. El Cliente acepta otorgar un plazo de quince (15) días calendario para resolver cualquier reclamación antes de iniciar acciones legales o contracargos.
11.2. Las disputas podrán someterse a mediación en el Condado de Maricopa, Arizona.
12. Indemnización
El Cliente acepta indemnizar y mantener indemne a AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille y sus afiliados frente a cualquier reclamación derivada del uso indebido de los servicios o incumplimiento del presente Acuerdo.
13. Ley Aplicable
Este Acuerdo se regirá por las leyes del Estado de Arizona.

14. Idioma Prevaleciente
​
El presente Acuerdo podrá proporcionarse en inglés y en español. La versión en español se proporciona únicamente para fines informativos. En caso de cualquier inconsistencia o conflicto entre ambas versiones, prevalecerá y regirá la versión en inglés en todos los aspectos.
15. Modificaciones
Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuo de nuestros servicios constituye aceptación de cualquier modificación.
Al adquirir servicios de traducción a través de AMB Mobile Notary & Apostille, AMB Mobile Notary Solutions & Apostille, AMB Translations, RON Notarization, o cualquier entidad afiliada, usted reconoce haber leído, comprendido y aceptado estos Términos y Condiciones.
